The company works on land and construction projects for contractors, property owners, housing associations, and private clients. Due to increased order intake and new projects, the company is now looking for pavers who want to contribute to the company's continued development. As a paver at Svemark Bygg AB, you will work on land and construction projects where precision and professional knowledge are crucial. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out according to drawings, quality requirements, and schedules.

The work is carried out both independently and in teams with other pavers, earthworkers, and supervisors. You report to the nearest supervisor and are an important part of ensuring that the projects maintain high standards.

As a paver, you will among other things:

• Perform laying of paving stones, slabs, and curbs within land and construction projects

• Carry out preparatory earthworks before paving

• Read and interpret drawings to ensure correct execution

• Ensure correct levels, slopes, and finishes according to project requirements

• Collaborate with colleagues and management in ongoing projects

• Be responsible for order, structure, and safety at the workplace

Desired Profile:

• Experience as a paver

• Driver's license B

• Ability to read and understand drawings

• Good teamwork skills

• Ability to receive and follow instructions

• Good physical work capacity

• Experience with larger contracting projects

• Machine experience

• Relevant certifications in land and construction

Other:

Start: Immediately.

Working hours: Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Evening work may occur.

Location: Projects in Greater Stockholm. A service vehicle may be taken home in some cases depending on the project. Office: Tumba.

Collective agreement: FORA.

Employment type: Full-time, 6-month probationary employment that transitions to permanent employment.
